You will not sell hacked, stolen, banned, or illegally obtained game IDs

You understand the risks involved in buying and selling digital accounts

If you book any account you should pay within given time otherwise the booking will be cancelled and refund will not be initiated

1. Payments

All payments must be made using approved payment methods.

Prices are fixed or negotiated as agreed before the transaction.

Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final, unless stated otherwise.

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of game IDs, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once the game ID and credentials have been successfully delivered.

Refunds may only be considered if Digital Nepal fails to deliver the agreed service.

1. Account Safety & Risk Disclaimer

Digital Nepal is not responsible if a game account gets banned, suspended, recovered, or restricted by the game publisher after the transaction.

We do not guarantee the future safety or lifetime access of any game ID.

Buyers purchase game IDs at their own risk.

1. Fraud & Misuse

Any attempt to scam, cheat, or misuse our service will result in an immediate ban.

14.Booking policy

You can book any id by paying 50% of the full amount and you have to pay left amount before 15 days if you can't pay on time the refund will not be initiated and we will take our id back on fifteenth day.
